2024 Nissan Magnite launched at Rs 5.99 lakh

Nissan has redesigned the Magnite, which is offered at an introductory price of Rs 5.99 lakh for the first 10,000 purchasers. The Magnite retains its normally aspirated and turbocharged 1-litre petrol engines. The SUV is available in six different configurations, and this is also the first time the Japanese manufacturer has confirmed the sale of left-hand drive Magnites.

2024 Nissan Magnite: Design

Nissan has updated the Magnite, making it look more premium and aggressive. The front grille features new large chrome inserts, as does the massive silver front bumper. The SUV keeps its sleek LED headlights, DRLs, and fog lights. It gets a new set of 16-inch alloy wheels and more silver cladding on the lower half of the doors with strong character lines. The back remains the same, with a sleek design and silver finish bumpers. Nissan has redesigned the LED taillights.

2024 Nissan Magnite: Interiors

The Magnite features vibrant Sunrise Copper Orange interiors that complement the Lamborghini-inspired hexagonal air conditioning vents. The dashboard style stays unchanged, despite the fact that the steering wheel is completely black.

A brand key, an AC switch before entering the cabin, soft-touch leatherette dashboard and door panels, Type-C charging connections, a cabin air purifier, and a 360-degree camera are among the new features added to the 2024 model. The Magnite comes equipped with six airbags.

2024 Nissan Magnite: Engines, Price

The 2024 Magnite retains the 1-litre 71-bhp and 96-Nm NA petrol engine, as well as the 1-litre 99-bhp turbo petrol engine with 160 Nm torque. The former is equipped with a 5-speed manual or AMT transmission, and the latter features a 6-speed manual or CVT automatic. The Magnite competes against the Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra 3X0, and Maruti Suzuki Fronx.
