The Narendra Modi government underwent a major overhaul on Wednesday evening with tens of leaders taking oath as new ministers of the Modi government. These leaders included several former chief ministers.
Ahead of the cabinet overhaul, a number of Union ministers including Harsh Vardhan, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Ravi Shankar Prasad, Prakash Javadekar resigned and various new entrants met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence.
