Bhubaneswar: Ace shooter Shriyanka Sadangi from Odisha bagged gold medal at 64th national shooting Championship held in Bhopal yesterday.
She clinched the yellow in the women’s 50 metre Rifle 3 position event at the ongoing national shooting Championship in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Odisha sports activities department congratulated Shriyanka for bringing laurel to the state in national level shooting competition.
Ace shooter Shriyanka Sadangi is a PhD student of the KIIT university, Bhubaneswar.
KIIT Founder and Lok Sabha member Achyuta Samanta also congratulated Shriyanka on her achievement.
earlier, Shriyanka had received silver medal in women’s 10m rifle Qualifying round of national selection Trials on January 10 this yr.
In 2019, she had added silver in the 10m Air Rifle women individual event at the international shooting competition of Hannover in Germany.
