GARMIN VIVOMOVE SPORT SPECIFICATIONS
The Garmin Vivomove Sport has a 40mm dial and a silicone strap. It has an OLED display that is protected by chemically strengthened glass. The watch’s chassis is also made of fiber-reinforced polymer. It has analogue hands, just like a traditional watch, and a touchscreen display. By lightly tapping the screen, the pointer-style watch face could be changed to an interactive touchscreen, according to Garmin.
Heart rate monitoring is one of the Vivomove Sport’s health-related features. It can also monitor stress, calories, blood oxygen levels, sleep quality, and hydration. The wearable also includes features for women’s health, such as menstrual cycle and pregnancy tracking. It can also determine the wearer’s ‘fitness age’ by analysing data such as maximum oxygen intake, exercise level, age, resting heart rate, and body mass index(BMI).
Sports-related features include built-in apps for yoga, pilates, strength, treadmill, cardio, and cycling.
Garmin claimed that the Vivomove Sport smartwatch had a battery life of up to five days in smartwatch mode and up to six days in Watch mode. Notifications for incoming calls, messages, and social media apps are also supported by the smartwatch. It is compatible with both iPhones and Android smartphones.
