Preventive doses of COVID-19 vaccine will be administered free of charge to people aged 18 to 59 in Bhubaneswar beginning today.
As part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, people will be given free doses of COVID vaccine for the next 75 days, or until September 30.
Municipal Commissioner Vijay Amruta Kulange, along with the Director of Family Welfare and other Health and Municipal officials, will launch the campaign today from Unit 4, Urban Community Health Centre.
The following vaccination centers are located in the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) area:
Unit 4, UCHC; Patia, UCHC; Dumduma, UCHC; Unit 8, UPHC; IRC Village, UPHC; Ghatikia, UPHC; AIIMS, Bhubaneswar; Sahid Nagar, UPHC; Samantapuri, UPHC; and Kalpana, UPHC.
