During the last 24 hours, 583 new cases of COVID-19 were reported across the state, with 340 people quarantined and 243 being local contacts. The total number of open cases is 4407.
According to data shared by the Information and Public Relations Department on Friday, 17,201 samples were tested in the state in the last 24 hours. The COVID-19 test positivity rate (TPR) in the state is 2.70 percent.
