Today’s Stock Market Highlights | Sensex, Nifty, and Share Prices: Domestic equity market benchmarks On Wednesday, a day before the weekly F&O expiry, the BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty 50 were trading higher. While the Sensex gained 300 points, or 0.5%, to surpass 60,000, the NSE Nifty 50 gained around 100 points to 17,920.
As of 11 a.m., the top gainers on the Sensex index were Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Finance, NTPC, Tech Mahindra, Hindustan Unilever, and Wipro, while the laggards were M&M, Kotak Bank, Maruti, Tata Steel, SBI, and HDFC. The Bank Nifty index rose 0.2 percent to 39,302.
