Share Market Highlights: Sensex ends down 652 pts, Nifty ends below 17,800

Today’s Stock Market News | Sensex, Nifty, and Share Prices HIGHLIGHTS: The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty 50 both finished more than 1% lower on Friday, owing to weak global cues. The BSE Sensex fell 652 points, or 1.08%, to end at 59,646.15, while the NSE Nifty 50 fell 198 points, or 1.10%, to end at 17758. Top losers included IndusInd Bank, Bajaj Finserv, Tata Steel, State Bank of India, Maruti Suzuki India, M&M, Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), and NTPC. L&T, Infosys, and TCS, on the other hand, were the only gainers.
