The Redmi A1+ budget smartphone was launched in India. Xiaomi has launched the Redmi A1+, the Redmi A1’s successor, in India. The new smartphone has a similar design and appearance but a few changes in terms of features. The smartphone has a leather texture finish on the back and a fingerprint scanner.
Price and availability of the Redmi A1+
The Redmi A1+ will be available in three colors: black, blue, and silver. The smartphone will go on sale in India on October 18, at 12 p.m. The smartphone will be available on Flipkart in two RAM and storage configurations: 2GB + 32GB and 3GB + 32GB for Rs 6,999 and Rs 7,999, respectively.
Specifications:
The Redmi A1+ has a 6.52-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio A22 chipset, which is paired with up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage on the inside. MicroSD cards can be used to expand the storage.
In terms of cameras, the Redmi A1+ has a dual rear camera setup with an 8MP primary sensor. The device has a 5MP front-facing camera for video calls and selfies. Xiaomi has confirmed that the Redmi A1+ will ship with an Android 12 operating system. The device will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 10W fast charging support.
