Share Market Highlights: Nifty reclaims 18100, Sensex closes in green

Today’s Stock Market News | Sensex, Nifty, and Stock Prices Highlights: The domestic indices BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty finished in the green after the bears briefly took control. The Sensex gained 361 points to close at 60,927, while the Nifty closed at 18,132, up 117.7 points or 0.6%. The Bank Nifty gained 0.54% to close at 42,859. All of the constituents of the BSE Sensex-30 began trading in the green, but five ended in the red, with Tata Motors and Tata Steel gaining the most intraday. Except for Nifty FMCG, all Nifty sectoral indices ended in the green, with Nifty Metal rising more than 3.7% in trade today. The broader markets finished higher as well, with the Nifty Midcap 100 and Nifty Smallcap 100 gaining 0.99% and 1.19%, respectively.
