Odisha’s long-awaited high-speed 5G service will be launched before January 26, said Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.
The Union Minister stated on the occasion of laying the foundation stone for the renovation of Bhubaneswar Railway Station that Odisha will have 5G service in the first phase. The project will be finished by January 26th.
5G technology will provide continuous coverage, high data rates, low latency, and highly dependable communications. It will improve energy and spectrum efficiency, as well as network efficiency.
The event was attended by Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan and Pralhad Joshi, Lok Sabha members Pratap Sarangi and Aparajita Sarangi, and MLAs Suresh Kumar Routray and Ananta Jena.
The Ministry of Railways has allocated Rs 308 crore to upgrade Bhubaneswar Railway Station to World Class railway station.
