Today’s Stock Market News | Sensex, Nifty, and Share Prices Highlights: Indian equity indices finished the volatile session on Tuesday flat with a positive bias. The Nifty settled above 18,100, while the Sensex fell below 61,000. The NSE Nifty 50 finished flat, up 0.25 points to 18,118.30, while the BSE Sensex gained 37.08 points, or 0.06%, to 60,978.75. Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Bajaj Auto, Britannia, and HCL Tech were the top Nifty gainers, while Axis Bank, Hindalco, Dr Reddy, Power Grid, and SBI Life were the top losers.
Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds, Bharat Bijlee, Deep Industries, Dynacons Systems & Solutions, Gravita India, Lloyds Steels Industries, Landmark Cars, PTC India, Servotech Power Systems and Touchwood Entertainment Ltd were among 32 equities that hit a 52-week high. On the flip side, Balaji Amines, Gland Pharma, India Motor Parts and Accessories, Indigo Paints, Kamdhenu Ventures, Piramal Pharma, Saregama India, Thyrocare Technologies, Bharat Rasayan and Lasa Supergenerics were among 38 equities that hit 52-week low.
The most active NSE equities were Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Tata Motors, HDFC, ICICI Bank, Route Mobile Ltd, Nykaa, Infosys and Persistent Systems Ltd.
