The India Meteorological Department (IMD) stated in its midday weather bulletin issued today that a dry weather spell is very likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha for the next five days.
Though there is no specific warning in the bulletin, the IMD predicts that maximum temperature (day temperature) will rise gradually by 3-4°C in many places across Odisha over the next 4-5 days.
According to the IMD’s forecast for Bhubaneswar and its surroundings for the next 24 hours, the sky will be mostly clear, with maximum and minimum temperatures likely to be around 37°C and 20°C, respectively.
