The India Meteorological Department (IMD) regional office here forecasted light to moderate rain/thundershower in Ganjam, Gajapati, Nabarangpur, Kandhamal, Rayagada, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Keonjhar, Jagatsingpur, Malkangiri, and Korapur districts of Odisha within the next three hours.
Water logging in low-lying places, intermittent poor visibility, and traffic interruption in urban areas are all possible. People have been warned to avoid moving in impacted regions and to prepare plans for excess water drainage.
