Today, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launched the ‘Ama Odisha Nabin Odisha’ project in Ganjam and Subarnapur districts.
Patnaik announced the initiative via video conference, saying it will boost infrastructure in every village and Panchayat in the state.
The CM approved Rs 251.50 crore for Ganjam’s 12 Assembly constituencies. Bhanjanagar, Chhatrapur, Khalikote, Digapahandi, Surada, Sanakhemundi, Gopalpur, Aska, Chikiti, Hinjilikatu, Polsara, and Kabisuryanagar are the constituencies. The cash will be used to carry out 5,706 projects.
Similarly, Rs 54.50 crore has been allocated to two constituencies (Subarnapur and Birmaharajpur) in the Subarnapur district for the implementation of 1,419 development projects.
Every Panchayat will receive Rs 50 lakh under the initiative for the development of digital infrastructure, the strengthening of Odia culture, and the preservation of Jagannath culture.
Speaking on the occasion, Patnaik stated that the scheme’s major goal is to establish digital infrastructure in communities. The residents will have access to the internet and financial services. The Science Park, skill development centers, and villages will be established, according to the CM.
Patnaik also stated that village primary schools would be included in this scheme.
It would provide numerous chances for youngsters, women, and students, while also enhancing Odisha’s image as a contemporary, progressive, empowered, and cultural state.
The Chief Minister asked everyone’s assistance to ensure the program’s success.
The event was attended by people from 12 Ganjam Assembly constituencies and two Subarnapur constituency.
According to official sources, while Rs 251.50 crore was sanctioned for 5,706 projects in Ganjam’s 503 Gram Panchayats, Rs 54.50 crore was granted for 1,419 projects in Subarnapur’s 109 Panchayats.
The event’s coordinators, Nabin Odisha and 5T chairman VK Pandian, stated that the program had sparked public interest. Ganjam outperformed the rest of the country and was recognized by the Government of India as the best district. Similarly, Hinjili block was named the greatest performance in the country.
Minister Bikram Keshari Arukha, Minister Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak, Minister Pradeep Amat, Minister Usha Devi, Minister Niranjan Pujari, MLA Subash Chandra Behera, MLA Suryamani Baida, MLA Manjula Swain, MLA Purnachandra Swain, MLA Shrikant Sahu, MLA Shrikant Sahu, MLA Shrikant Sahu, MLA Shrikant Sahu, MLA Latika Pradhan, MLA Padmanav Behera and ZP chairman and members, Block Chairman, local Sarpanch participated in the virtual event.
In Bhanjnagar, Minister Bikram Keshari Arukha was present. He stated that by launching new projects, the Chief Minister has made history in the country. According to Latika Pradhan, the 5T chairman pledged to approve our ideas within seven days. However, all of our proposals were approved within five days.Subash Chandra Behera, MLA from Chhatrapur, stated that the 5T chairman’s capacity to put Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s ambition into action is unparalleled.
Minister Niranjan Pujari, who was present at Dunguripalli in Subarnapur, stated that the Ama Odisha Nabin Odisha initiative will help to develop Jagannath culture as well as our local culture. All of the ministers and legislators agreed that they had never witnessed such swift progress in project approval and implementation in the state.
