Pitambar Khilar, a teacher in Odisha’s Balasore district, was recently honored by the World Book of Records in London for his “unparalleled contribution to the educational cause to serve humanity.”
Khilar is a teacher at Bahanaga’s Khetramohan High School. In August of this year, he published a 280-page article on the difficulties facing India’s education system and recommended solutions.
Furthermore, Khilar produced a documentary film on his work, which gained the attention of the World Book of Records. As a result, on October 29, he was invited to a ceremony in New Delhi to honor him.
At the ceremony, representatives from 15 countries were awarded with a citation and a trophy. The creator of RELTTAW, Corina Sujdea of Romania, honored him and others with awards for their exceptional commitment to promoting educational causes.
Khillar was later invited to a world conference organised by the World Book of Records in London. . Pathambar Khilar was the lone Indian participant at this meeting, which was attended by representatives from 45 countries from seven continents.
