The third Heritage Cabinet, which held on December 19, decided to hold the first-ever, three-day “Biswa Odia Bhasa Sammilani,” which will take place at Bhubaneswar’s Janata Maidan from February 3 to February 5.
In light of this, a meeting was called by 5T and Nabin Odisha Chairman VK Pandian to discuss the arrangements for holding today’s “Biswa Odia Bhasa Sammilani” in the third-floor conference hall of the former Lok Seva Bhawan.
On the opening day of the Sammilani, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will dedicate “Akshar Bhoomi,” which is being created for the “Biswa Odia Bhasa Sammilani.”
Numerous Odia language tournaments will be held in all schools, high schools, colleges, and institutions in honor of Sammilani.
During the Sammilani, up to 16 sessions on significant linguistic topics will be held.
In addition, a unique session is planned for students attending universities, colleges, high schools, and schools.
Selected institutions and high schools will prominently display the emblem of the inaugural Biswa Odia Bhasa Sammilani, which was released by the Chief Minister.
All college and school pupils will receive the logo, and all government cars will have stickers promoting the Sammilani.
The meeting in question was attended by Chief Secretary Pradeep Kumar Jena, Development Commissioner Anu Garg, Secretary of the Department of Odia Language, Literature, and Culture Sujata Rout Karthikeyan, as well as other department heads and directors from other directorates.
