The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced today the Civil Services (Main) Examination Personality Tests (Interviews) schedule. According to the schedule, the UPSC interviews will begin on January 7, 2025. The detailed schedule is available at the UPSC website, upsc.gov.in.
The UPSC website now contains the interview schedule for 2845 candidates, including their roll number, date, and session, from January 7 to April 17, 2025. The forenoon session starts at 9 a.m., while the afternoon session begins at 1 p.m.
UPSC further noted that the e-summon letters for interviews of the shortlisted 2845 candidates will be available shortly and can be obtained from the Commission’s official website. No request for a change in the date and time of the personality test that was communicated to the candidates will normally be considered.
Furthermore, if a candidate does not submit the DAF-II by the deadline, his or her candidature will be cancelled, and no e-Summon Letter will be issued to that candidate, as stated in paragraph 5.2 of the Press Note/Notice dated 09.12.2024 declaring the results of the written part of the Civil Services (Main) Examination-2024.
Candidates presenting for interviews will be reimbursed for their travel expenses, which will be limited to the Second/Sleeper class train price (Mail Express). If the candidates travel by any other mode/class, their voyage will be handled in accordance with S.R.-132 and the Commission’s instructions, which are available on the Commission’s website. Candidates must present hard copies/printouts of both way tickets with fare data, as well as the mandatory T.A. contribution claim form, which must be filled out in duplicate. The TA bill form is available on the official website.
