According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), this system is anticipated to affect the local weather in the days ahead.
The intensification of the system indicates the possibility of further development into a cyclonic storm, even if the IMD has not issued a cyclone alert.
The regional weather office predicts that the system will continue to maintain its intensity as a well-marked low as it moves north-northwest over the west-central Bay of Bengal over the course of the following day. across the next 24 hours, it is predicted to recurve north-northeastward and progressively weaken across the middle Bay of Bengal.
