The Odisha Higher Education Department has extended the deadline to submit the Common Application Form (CAF) for Plus III undergraduate admissions via the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal.
This decision comes in response to requests from students, parents, and guardians for more time to finish the application process. The extension gives much-needed relief for individuals who are having difficulty to reach the original deadline.
According to the notification provided in this respect, students can now apply until June 4, 11:45 p.m., a three-day extension from the initial June 1 deadline. This step attempts to reduce students’ time restrictions caused by pending exam results and document uploads.
The Higher Education Department has shared the information on its Twitter handle.
“On the demand of several students, parents and guardians, the Higher Education Department has decided to extend the last date for submission of U.G. Common Application Form (CAF) till 4th June, 2025, 11:45 PM”, read the tweet.
