Pakistan High Commission’s official was on Saturday summoned by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) over Nagrota encounter, by which 4 terrorists had been neutralised. In response to sources, India conveyed its strong concern to Pakistan on the terror attack, allegedly deliberate by Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) in Jammu and Kashmir. A strong protest was lodged demanding Pakistan to cease supporting terrorists and terror teams working from their territory whereas dismantling the terrorism infrastructure.

An encounter between terrorists and safety forces broke out within the early hours of Thursday close to Ban Toll Plaza within the Nagrota area of Jammu district, the police had confirmed.
4 terrorists had been neutralised by the safety forces, whereas one police constable sustained accidents through the operation.
