Alia Bhatt’s Hollywood debut film, ‘Heart of Stone,’ starring Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan, will be released on August 11. Her husband Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’ will clash with the film.
On Wednesday, streaming giant Netflix announced the release date of the film, as well as a slew of other titles, via a teaser video on its social media platforms.
Heart of Stone, directed by Tom Harper, is intended to be the first installment in a series similar to Tom Cruise’s Mission Impossible. In addition to Gal, Jamie, and Alia, the film stars Sophie Okonedo, Matthias Schweighofer, Jing Lusi, and Paul Ready.
‘Extraction 2’, ‘Murder Mystery 2’, ‘Rebel Moon’, and ‘The Killer’ were also teased in the video.
‘Murder Mystery 2’ starring Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler will be released on March 13. ‘Extraction 2’ is the sequel to Chris Hemsworth’s ‘Extraction,’ and it will be released on June 16.
Alia’s next film will be ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani,’ in which she will star alongside Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. The film will be released in theaters on April 28.
