The Bajaj Pulsar 250 Black Edition is expected to be released in India within the next few weeks. It will be based on the current Pulsar N250 series of motorcycles.
Bajaj Auto is preparing to launch a new motorcycle in the country. The company has now teased the black edition of the popular Pulsar N250 bike on social media, indicating that the launch is imminent. While no official confirmation has been made, the model could be called the Pulsar N250 Black or the Pulsar 250 N250 Black Edition.
Apart from teasing the motorcycle on social media, the company has yet to reveal more information, and there has been no word on a launch date announcement. However, based on the information available, the motorcycle will be based on the existing Pulsar N250 models, thus sharing the same engine. Mechanically, it is likely to remain unchanged, and it may be distinguished solely by its appearance. The Pulsar N250 Black may have all blacked-out elements. The bike will have a dedicated dark paint scheme as well as black dipped components such as the engine covers, exhaust system, and wheels.
Aside from the exterior color scheme, the rest of the bike’s details are expected to remain the same. It will continue to be powered by the same oil-cooled 249.07 cc engine, which is capable of producing 24.5 PS of maximum power and 21.5 Nm of peak torque. The five-speed transmission will also remain unchanged. The bike’s key features could include Assist and Slipper clutch, gear indicator, USB mobile charging port, and so on.
For the record, the Pulsar N250 was only recently introduced in a new blue color option. More information on the upcoming N250 Black will be released in the coming days.
Meanwhile, the company is preparing for the launch of the smaller Pulsar N160, which is expected in July 2022.
