Bajaj Auto launched the Pulsar N160 edition in India on Wednesday for Rs. 1,25, 824. (ex-showroom, Kolkata). After the Pulsar N250 and the Pulsar F250, this is the third variant in the Pulsar lineup. The Pulsar N160 has a similar design to the N250, but the latest model has a smaller engine. A LED projector headlamp is flanked by LED Daytime Running Lights on the motorcycle.
The Bajaj Pulsar N160 is available in both single and dual channel ABS configurations. Its digital instrument cluster is also similar to that of the Pulsar N250, with a short windscreen in front of it. The Pulsar N160 also has twin vertical LED tail lamps, split grab rails, and Y-shaped alloy wheels like the N250. Nonetheless, the 160cc model also gets an underbelly exhaust, making it appear sleeker then the counterpart.
The Bajaj Pulsar N160 is powered by a 164.8cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 16 PS of power and 14.65 Nm of peak torque. A five-speed gearbox unit handles transmission duties.
