CBSE Exams 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will commence its annual psycho-social therapy for Classes 10 and 12 on February 1. The initiative was taken to help pupils throughout the exam season. This free service is offered to students and parents twice a year, during the examinations and after the results are declared.
Phase one of CBSE counselling is for the 2025 academic term, which will run till April 4. This effort aims to reduce examination-related stress and support students as they prepare for their theory tests, which begin on February 15.
CBSE Exams 2025: Key Features of the Counseling Services
24×7 Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
Students can utilize this toll-free IVRS service at 1800-11-8004. Students will have access to support in both Hindi and English at all times. It will provide students with free exam preparation hints, stress and time management advice, and essential FAQs.
Tele-Counseling Services
A team of 66 trained experts, including administrators, counsellors, special educators from CBSE-affiliated schools, and psychologists, would provide voluntary assistance to pupils, according to the notification. Monday through Saturday, the services are offered from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
51 counsellors are headquartered in India, with 15 connecting from Nepal, Japan, Qatar, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates to guide pupils.
Podcasts /Audio-Visual Content
Students can also access bilingual audio and video resources that include stress management, preparation tactics, and mental health. All of these resources will be available on the CBSE’s official website (cbse.gov.in).
In the statement, the Board also invites students and parents to make full use of these resources to provide a stress-free and confident approach to the impending board exams in 2025.
