CBSE Exams 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will commence its annual psycho-social therapy for Classes 10 and 12 on February 1. The initiative was taken to help pupils throughout the exam season. This free service is offered to students and parents twice a year, during the examinations and after the results are declared.

Phase one of CBSE counselling is for the 2025 academic term, which will run till April 4. This effort aims to reduce examination-related stress and support students as they prepare for their theory tests, which begin on February 15.
