The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will hold practical tests for Class 10 and Class 12 supplementary exams from July 10 to July 15. On July 2, the board issued test rules for students and schools to conduct practical exams. The CBSE Class 10 supplemental examinations will take place from July 15 to July 22, while the Class 12 supplementary exams will be held on the same day, July 15.
CBSE has invited students and examinees to contact their schools or test centers by July 7 with a copy of their results, mark sheets, and admission cards. The students/examinees will have to note the date and time of the practical examination given by the school and report for the practical examination at the designated venue on time.
The principal or centre superintendent of each school must prepare a subject-wise list of all students scheduled for practical examinations.
They must also coordinate with the regional office ahead of time to schedule external examiners, if necessary. The regional offices will, in turn, prepare subject- and centre-specific lists of all students taking practical tests.
Regular candidates will take the CBSE supplementary practical tests at their respective schools, whereas private candidates will take them at the theory examination centres assigned to them.
The practical answer books provided by the Regional Offices are to be used during the practical examination. It is necessary to ensure that the examiner thoroughly and correctly fills up all entries in practical answer books. On the same day, the schools/examination centers that conduct practical tests during the Supplementary Examination-2025 must upload the marks awarded to the applicants to the platform. CBSE said that once the marks are submitted, they are considered final, and no requests for changes will be entertained.
