According to a senior official, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce the results for Term 2 examinations for classes 10 and 12 by the end of July 2022.
According to the official comment, the evaluation process is proceeding as planned, and students will be notified of their results shortly. “The board is on track to meet the deadline.” “The UG admission schedules of various institutions are kept in mind, and CBSE (is) in touch with the concerned authorities to protect the interests of its students,” CBSE Controller of Exams Sanyam Bhardwaj told.
Once the results are declared, students will be able to check their scores for term 2 exams of classes 10 and 12 through the official websites — cbse.gov.in or cbseresults.nic.in.
The academic year was divided into two terms this year by the Board, and the term 2 Board exams for classes 10 and 12 were held from April 26 to May 24. Term 1 had objective questions, while term 2 had subjective questions. Both exams were taken offline. This time, students were given OMR sheets, and each question carried equal marks that added up to a total of 40 points. Exams for Term 1 were held in December 2021.
Term 1 results were released in March. Instead of releasing class 10 students’ scores online, CBSE sent them to their respective schools. The Board also stated that a combined marksheet for both terms will be released following the announcement of term 2 results. “The CBSE has communicated the results of the class X Term 1 exam to the schools.” Only theoretical scores have been communicated, as internal assessment/practical scores are already available with the schools,” CBSE stated on its official Twitter account.
