The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, released the timetable for the Class 12 examinations for all streams on November 20. CHSE Odisha Plus Two exams will begin on February 18, 2025 and last until March 27, 2025.
The Odisha +2 examination for regular and ex-regular candidates in the science stream will begin on February 18, while the examination for regular and ex-regular candidates in the arts and commerce streams will begin the day after. Similarly, the exam for vocational studies will begin on February 20.
Meanwhile, the internal assessment of Odisha exams will take place between December 23 and 30, 2024. The practical examinations for regular and ex-regular candidates will take place from January 2 to 12, 2025.
“The examination (lnternal assement/project, Practical and theory) will be held as per the programme even if any of the date(s) is subsequently declared as a holiday (s),” read the notification issued by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha on Wednesday.
“For the project evaluation and viva-voce in commerce stream, groups are to be formed taking a minimum of 24 students in a group. Evaluation and viva voce of a group is to be completed in two hours. The project evaluation and viva voce shall be conducted by the concerned subject teacher of the institution only. There shall be no provision of external examiner for this purpose,” it added.
A total of 3,91,809 students would appear in the exams this time, as per PTI.
