Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday announced a 4% increase in the Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (TI) for state government employees and pensioners.
In order to raise the rate from 46% to 50% for state government employees and pensioners, the state government declared in an official statement that it would be releasing an additional 4% of Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (TI).
Beginning on January 1, 2024, the increased DA and TI will be paid.
3.5 lakh pensioners and 4.5 lakh state government employees will benefit from this move.
