For their participation, the Chief Minister expressed gratitude to the MLAs, Panchayat members, school management committee, teachers, students, and parents in each district.

Speaking to the students, the Chief Minister declared that Odisha is currently experiencing a period of profound change. The process of change is underway everywhere, including in mutts, temples, panchayats, schools, colleges, hospitals, tourism destinations, and communities. The change is creating the foundation for a powerful, modern Odisha. The Chief Minister went on to say that the school transformation program is the most significant and effective of these transformation initiatives. Schools lay the foundation for a country’s future. Education is the means by which our society’s collective consciousness is raised. According to him, school reform will be crucial to the development and progress of Odia people in the coming days.

Patnaik further said that smart classrooms, computers, state-of-the-art laboratories have been arranged in your school in this transformation program under the 5-T initiative. This is the application of technology. Similarly, everyone is working together through teamwork. All work is being done transparently after discussing with everyone. In the use of these things, there has been a transformation in your schools.

Highlighting the future of children, the Chief Minister said that 15 percent seats have been reserved in medical and engineering colleges for government school children. There has been a lot of improvement in the education of children in government schools. Now there is enthusiasm among children and parents to study in government schools. Government schools are now the best way to build a bright future. Therefore, the Chief Minister advised the children to make good use of this converted school and study well and build a bright future.

The Chief Minister appealed to the students to apply the 5-T principle in their life.

“It will bring you success. You try to learn new technologies. Work together. The Chief Minister also said that teamwork has a special role in the field of sports. Honesty and integrity are the best virtues of human life. Strive to practice integrity in all aspects of life. Time is the most precious thing for you. Use it without wasting time. Following these four principles will lead to success and transformation in life,” Patnaik said.

5-T and Nabin Odisha Chairman V.K Pandian said that from February 16, 2021, the Chief Minister started the transformation schools in Hinjilikatu. “We have reached the fourth stage. Thanking the local representatives, the school management committee and the public, he said “we have achieved this success due to the sincere cooperation of all of you.”

He said that the 5-T school transformation has awakened the dream of growing up with good education among the children today.

On the occasion, students narrated their experiences in various places in relation to 5-T school conversion.  Rudraprasad Sahu, a 10th standard student from Ganjam, Rutuparna Behera, Subrat Kumar Sahu from Kendrapara, Saipriya Bhue of Bargarh gave their feedback.
