The frigid weather in the state is expected to worsen as the IMD predicts a rise in nighttime temperatures in most sections of the state.

Bhubaneswar and Cuttack registered temperatures of 14.8 and 14.4 degrees Celsius, respectively.
On Saturday morning, Phulbani reported severe fog with visibility of less than 200 meters.
In Bhawanipatna, Keonjhar, and Rourkela, there was light to moderate fog.
