On Sunday, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) declared Maharashtra Governor CP Radhakrishnan as its nominee for the September 9 vice presidential election.
JP Nadda, the national president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), made the news at a press conference held in the nation’s capital after the party’s Parliamentary Board meeting.
We all unanimously selected Mr. CP Radhakrishna as the vice presidential candidate at the parliamentary board meeting. We had already talked about the vice presidential candidate with all of our alliance parties (NDA). To ensure a smooth VP election, we will also talk about our rival party. “Nadda said.”
