CTET February 2026 Application Form: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the CTET exam date for February 2026. The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will take place on February 8, 2026. On November 27, CBSE launched the application window. The CTET 2026 application process will continue until December 18.
The CTET 2026 official website – ctet.nic.in – has made available a full information bulletin that includes information about the test, curriculum, languages, eligibility requirements, examination fee, examination cities, and crucial dates. The CTET February 2026 exam will take place in 136 places across the country. Candidates must provide four different options in the order of their preference.
CTET February 2026: How to fill the form
Step 1: Visit the official website of CTET – ctet.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the link “Apply for CTET February 2026”
Step 3: Click on new registration and register
Step 4: Fill the application form
Step 5: Pay the exam fee and upload the required documents
Step 6: Submit the form and download it for future reference
The CTET 2026 test will consist of two papers: paper 1 (for classes 1–5) and paper 2 (for classes 6–8). Applicants in the General and OBC categories must pay Rs 1,000 for one paper and Rs 1,200 for both papers in order to register and apply for the CTET February 2026 exam. The registration fee for SC, ST, and differently abled individuals is Rs 500 for a single paper test and Rs 600 for both tests.
CTET qualifying certificates for appointment will be valid for a lifetime in all categories. There is no limit on the number of attempts a person can make to obtain a CTET certificate.
A person who has previously qualified for the CTET may take the exam again in order to enhance their score.
