M Jagadesh Kumar, the UGC Chief, announced today that the National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the Common University Entrance Test, Postgraduate (CUET-PG) beginning June 1. Candidates who are interested and qualified can register at cuet.nta.nic.in.
The CUET-PG will be held from June 1 to June 10, 2023, according to Kumar’s schedule. The admissions process will begin in mid-March 2023.
“Great opportunity for students to try for admission to multiple universities in post-graduate programmes using the CUET-PG score,” Kumar tweeted.
The UGC also recently announced that the application process for the CUET- UG exam will begin in the first week of February 2023, with exams taking place between May 21 and 31.
The CUET-UG results will be announced in the third week of June 2023, and the CUET-PG results will be announced in the first week of July 2023, according to the UGC Chief.
The UGC Chief hopes that with this schedule, universities will be able to begin their academic calendars on August 1.
