Bhubaneswar: Odisha Government today announced to provide seven days relief to all families of 128 marooned villages in cyclone Yaas affected districts.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik made the announcement after reviewing the post-cyclone situation this evening, mentioned an official press release.
Patnaik directed for restoring all major roads for communication within the subsequent 24 hours.
He additionally directed for 80% restoration of electricity supply in the affected districts within 24 hours.
The Chief Minister congratulated all of the panchayat representatives, district administration, community organisations, and police for their excellent work in the evacuation of individuals.
He also thanked the doctors and health workers for continuous health service in the affected districts in the course of the cyclone.
