Drishyam 2 Box Office Collection: The film starring Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and Akshaye Khanna is unbeatable at the box office. Drishyam 2 is a total box office success, having crossed the Rs 100-crore mark in just seven days and continuing to grow impressively on its second Saturday. ‘Drishyam 2’, directed by Abhishek Pathak, scored a century on Day 7. The film’s Day 9 total is now expected to be Rs 125 crore nett. Drishyam 2 is competing with Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon’s recently released Bhediya.

Drishyam 2 began on a high note and has continued to perform admirably. The second Saturday number is expected to be around Rs 14 crore nett, bringing the film’s 9-day total to Rs 125 crore nett. According to Box Office India, “Drishyam 2 is performing exceptionally well on its second Saturday, with growth ranging from 80-90%. The film’s collections are expected to be in the 14 crore nett range, bringing the total to nearly 125 crore nett. The film now appears to be on track to cross the 200 crore nett mark, with more than 160 crore nett on the board after two weeks.”

The sequel to ‘Drishyam,’ which saw Vijay Salgaonkar (Devgn) successfully save his family from police custody, introduces a new twist with the case being reopened and Vijay making a confession, but is he really going to do the same? Tabu (Meera Deshmukh), who returned in a more violent manner to exact revenge on Vijay, teams up with Akshaye to investigate the murder of her teenage son in Drishyam 2.
Shriya Saran and Ishita Dutta, who play Vijay’s wife and daughter, have also returned.
The suspense thriller is a sequel to the 2015 hit ‘Drishyam’. The Hindi-language films are remakes of the Malayalam-language ‘Drishyam’ films (2013 and 2021) headlined by Mohanlal.
