The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has finally summoned filmmaker Karan Johar for interrogation over his alleged involvement within the drug nexus.
In accordance with a report in DNA, the NCB issued summons to Karan on Thursday.
The investigating agency apparently needs to get some details from the filmmaker concerning drug nexus in the industry.
Following Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise, Kangana Ranaut had alleged that Karan heads the drug racket in Bollywood.
Even Shiromani Akali Dal leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa had approached the NCB for investigating a viral video, which was shot during an alleged drug party at Karan’s residence.
Actor Arjun Rampal had also been summoned by the agency on Wednesday. However, he sought a week’s time earlier than showing for interrogation citing personal problems, reported IANS.
