Odisha By the end of January, about 20 lakh women will receive the fourth phase of the first tranche of funds under the state’s flagship Subhadra Yojana initiative, Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida said on Friday.
17,000 women who had previously opted out of the Subhadra Yojana have reapplied, according to the Deputy Chief Minister. 17,000 applicants have opted to re-enroll in the Subhadra plan under the “Opt In” option, out of the 31,000 women who left the program. Because they may belong to a higher income bracket or have family members who work for the government, the remaining 14,000 candidates might not select the “Opt In” option, Parida stated.
All applicants were reminded by Parida to update their e-KYC in order to get the money in the fourth phase.
Over 2 lakh applicants have not yet updated their e-KYC, she informed. The administration extended the verification deadline in light of this. In any event, until the final beneficiary receives rewards, the verification process to add all applicants to the plan will continue.
