Today is the birthday of Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. On Sunday, he turned 77. Taking to Twitter, the PM wished for Patnaik’s long and healthy life. “Birthday wishes to Odisha CM Shri Naveen Patnaik Ji. May he lead a long and healthy life in service of the people,” tweeted Modi.
According to reports, Naveen Patnaik was born on October 16, 1946, at Anand Bhawan in Cuttack, Odisha. He is the third son of the legendary Biju Patnaik.
Naveen has been a fan of art since he was a child. His favorite subjects are art, culture, and history. In his early years, he spent most of his time reading and writing.
He spent a significant amount of time writing after graduating from Delhi University.
He enjoyed touring as well as writing. He was eager to learn about new places. He was not associated with politics for a long time.
Naveen Patnaik began his political career in 1997. He entered politics after the death of his father, Biju Patnaik. He was previously known as Biju Patnaik’s son. His life took a turn after that.
Naveen Patnaik was elected as a Janata Dal MP from Aska. After a year, Janata Dal disbanded, and a new party called Biju Janata Dal was formed (BJD). With the election symbol crunch, Naveen Patnaik launched a news innings.
