The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has changed the remaining CA Final, Intermediate, and Post Qualification Course (PQC) test papers for May 2025 [International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT AT). The ICAI CA May 2025 exam has been postponed due to the country’s tense and security situation.
The exams were scheduled to take place from May 9 to 14. While announcing the exam postponement, the ICAI stated that the replacement dates would be communicated in “due course”. Candidates are recommended to keep in touch with the Institute’s website, icai.org.
According to the ICAI CA Final and Inter schedule, the CA Final Group I exams were set to be held on May 2, 4, and 6, while Group II was scheduled for May 8, 10, and 13. The CA Intermediate Group I exams took place on May 3, 5, and 7. The Group II exams set for May 9, 11, and 14 are postponed now.
Paper – 6 of the ICAI CA May 2025 Final Examination and all papers of the International Taxation – Assessment test are of four hours duration.
The ICAI CA Foundation course exams, however, have not been postponed. The ICAI CA May 2025 final exams will be place on May 15, 17, 19, and 21.
The May 2025 exams will also be taken in nine international testing cities: Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Thimpu (Bhutan), Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu (Nepal), Kuwait, Muscat, and Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
Candidates for the Foundation, Intermediate, and Final Examinations will be able to answer questions in either English or Hindi. The Post Qualification Course – International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT – AT) examination, on the other hand, will be conducted entirely in English.
Meanwhile, Kashmir University has postponed all exams scheduled for these days. A university spokeswoman previously stated that new exam dates would be announced separately. Cluster University likewise postponed all exams.
