ICMAI CMA June 2025 Result: The Intermediate and Final Certified Management Accountant (CMA) June 2025 results were released today by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI). By entering their credentials, including their 17-digit registration number, candidates can access the official ICMAI results portal and view the results of the June 2025 ICMAI CMA Intermediate and Final exams. Sujal Saraf took first place in the CMA Inter this year, while Hans Jain won the CMA Final.
2,167 students obtained the CMA Final certification during the ICMAI June 2025 session, while 5,491 candidates passed the Intermediate course. Of the 26,974 applicants that took Group I’s Intermediate Examination (Syllabus 2022), 2,864 passed, yielding a pass rate of 10.62%.
On the other hand, out of 15,333 candidates in group II, 4,664 passed, yielding a success percentage of 30.42 percent. Among those who attempted both groups, 9,998 candidates passed in either group, with 864 passing at least one — an 8.64 per cent pass rate — while 1,375 candidates passed both groups, reaching a 13.75 per cent success rate.
Group-III had 10,503 candidates for the Final Exam (Syllabus 2022), and 1,701 of them passed with a pass percentage of 16.20 percent.
There were 4,458 applicants in Group-IV of the Final Examination (Syllabus 2022), 1,108 of them passed, yielding a pass ratio of 24,85 percent. There were 3,493 candidates that tried both Group-III and Group-IV, and 478 of them passed in either group, yielding a 13.68% pass rate. Furthermore, 651 applicants passed both groups, yielding an overall pass rate of 18.64 percent.
ICMAI’s qualifying standards state that in order to pass a group, candidates must receive at least 40% in each paper and 50% overall across all non-exempted papers. A candidate will be excluded from retaking any individual paper in the upcoming exam cycle if they receive 60 percent or above on it but fail the group. In subsequent tries, the marks for the exempted paper will be treated as 50% when calculating the aggregate.
The CMA programme, administered by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), is held twice annually—in June and December. Notably, the CMA Foundation results for the June 2025 session were declared on July 8, with the merit list featuring top performers such as Riya Poddar from Howrah, who secured the first rank.
Group I alone had a 16.10 percent pass rate in the previous year’s CMA Intermediate results, whereas Group II alone had a 28.69 percent pass percentage. Furthermore, 17.77% of candidates passed both categories, whereas 9.89% of candidates passed just one.
