The Company Secretary (CS) test schedule for the December 2025 session has been made public by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The official notification states that the dates of the CS December 2025 exams are December 22–29, 2025. Depending on their wish, candidates can write the exam in Hindi or English.
ICSI CS December 2025 Examination: Eligibility Criteria
To appear for the Executive Programme, candidates are required to clear the Online Pre-Examination Test along with either ODOP or TDOP, based on their respective registration timelines. For those enrolling in the Professional Programme, passing the Online Pre-Examination Test is also a compulsory prerequisite.

Step 2: Log in using your registration number and password.
Step 3: Choose the module for which you wish to apply.
Step 4: Click on the relevant registration link to begin the process.
Step 5: Complete the enrolment form with accurate personal and academic details.
Step 6: Proceed to pay the required application fee online.
Step 7: Carefully review all entered information and submit the form.
Candidates must also upload certain papers while applying for the ICSI CS Executive and Professional 2025 December tests. These documents include scanned copies of their signatures and photos, proof of birth, Class 12 pass certificates, and category certificates that exempt them from paying fees.
