IGNOU Admission: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is inviting applications for a Bachelor of Journalism and Digital Media, a new Four Year Undergraduate Program (FYUP).
BA Journalism and Digital Media, a four-year bachelor’s curriculum, focuses on digital journalism, news reporting and editing, digital photography, audiovisual production, podcasting, internet research, data journalism, and news portal design.

Eligibility
– The candidates must be 10+2 pass or have other equivalent qualifications.
– The programme does not have any age eligibility.
This FYUP programme was created under the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and offers students the option of pursuing a three-year or four-year honours study with or without research.
According to the official website, the annual course fee is Rs.10,600, with additional registration and development fees payable.
The curriculum will offer a total of 160 credits, with each semester consisting of 20 credits and the program lasting 8 semesters. Candidates have up to eight years to complete the bachelor’s programme in Journalism and Digital Media, and more information may be found on the official website ignou.ac.in.
