IGNOU launches 4 new MSc programmes, extends re-registration deadline for admission to July 15

Indira Gandhi National Open University’s (IGNOU) School of Sciences has introduced four Master of Science (MSc) programs via online distance learning (ODL). The classes will begin in the July 2023 academic session. Students can apply through ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in, the official website.

MSc Physics (MSCPH), MSc Applied Statistics (MSCAST), MSc Geography (MSCGG), and MSc Geo-informatics (MSCGI) are the new courses. All of the courses are two years in length.

IGNOU July 2023 Session: How to register

Step 1: Visit the official website — ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in

Step 2: Click on new registration

Step 3: Enter your basic details such as name, email address, password and more

Step 4: Once registered, login using your registered username and password

Step 5: Enter remaining details and upload necessary documents

Step 6: Save, submit and pay the fees

Step 7: Download the application form for future reference

Meanwhile, the institution has extended the deadline for admission applications to July 15. Students who are qualified for a scholarship can apply through the National Scholarship Portal.
