IGNOU TEE December 2025 Last Date, Exam Form, Fees: On October 6, the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will close applications for the December session’s term-end exams. The application procedure began on September 6. Students who have yet to apply online can go to exam.ignou.ac.in and fill out the application form. The test covers both ODL and online programs provided by the University. The exam will presumably begin on December 1st.
Additionally, IGNOU students who have yet to submit the TEE examination form, project submission, or practical tests can do so via the online link provided on the website. Such students are expected to read the schedule, as well as any essential instructions and guidelines.
Students who appeared in the June 2025 TEE for previous semester/year courses but whose results have not yet been declared as of the date of filling out the examination form may apply or add such courses later, after the results have been declared, if they do not successfully complete the term-end examinations for any courses.
IGNOU TEE December 2025: Who is eligible?
— All the eligible courses registered for the first year/re-registered for the second/third year for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
— All the eligible courses registered for diploma and PG diploma programmes.
— All the eligible courses registered for certificate, PG certificate programmes and all the semester-based programmes.
— The student is having the validity of the programme.
— Eligible courses for which term-end examinations have not been completed or have not appeared, so far.
— Candidates should have paid the course fee due for that year/semester. They should have opted for and pursued the prescribed course as per the provisions laid down.
— They should have submitted the required number of assignments within the due dates before taking the examination. Their registration for the programme should be valid.
The examination schedule and cost structure are determined by the student’s admission cycle. For students admitted till the December 2022 admission cycle, the required fee is Rs 200 per course for both phases. Phase one for theory and practical/lab courses is planned until October 6 at 6 p.m.
Phase two, which covers theory and practical/lab courses, is scheduled between October 7 and October 20, up until 6 p.m., and has a late charge of Rs 1100. Fees for students admitted after the January 2023 Admission Cycle are as follows: examination fees are Rs 200 per theory course, practical fees are Rs 300 per course for up to 4 credits and Rs 500 per course for more than 4 credits, and project fees are Rs 300 per course for up to 4 credits and Rs 500 per course for more than 4 credits. The late fee remains at Rs 1100.
When the exam centre is assigned, the University will make every effort to accommodate the student’s preferred centre; however, if a centre is full, the student must choose the nearest or alternate centre within the same regional area. This option will be available while filing the examination form.
