The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a dense fog warning for certain regions of Odisha for the next two days.
According to the IMD’s weather report, dry weather is anticipated to persist throughout Odisha on February 27.
A yellow warning has been issued for dense fog, which is expected to occur in one or two locations in Jagatsinghpur and Bhadrak districts.
In addition, shallow to moderate fog is likely in the early morning hours in one or two spots in Cuttack, Khurda, Jagatsinghpur, Bhadrak, and Ganjam.
On February 28, the dry weather will continue in Odisha and a yellow warning for dense fog is again in place for Jagatsinghpur and Ganjam.
According to the IMD, early morning shallow to moderate fog is likely in Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Gajapati, Cuttack, Khurda, Jagatsinghpur, Bhadrak, and Ganjam.
There are no weather alerts scheduled for the next five days.
