JEE Main 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline for the application process for the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE) Main 2024 session 2. Interested candidates may submit an application via jeemain.nta.ac.in, the official website.
The deadline to register for the JEE Main April session was previously set for March 2, however it has already been extended to March 4. Additionally, if necessary, candidates may edit any information on their JEE Main 2024 application form. On March 6 and 7, the rectification window will be open.
JEE Main April Exam Registration: How to apply
Step 1: Go to jeemain.nta.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the session 2 registration link
Step 3: On the next window, insert contact details and other information
Step 4: Fill the registration form
Step 5: Upload photographs, signatures
Step 6: Submit the application form and download the confirmation page
NTA has reiterated that no further extension will be provided to candidates to make corrections in their application forms. “”Thereafter, no correction in particulars, whatsoever, will be entertained by NTA under any circumstances. The additional fee (wherever applicable) shall be paid by the candidate concerned either through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI,” the official notice stated.
It is important for candidates to keep in mind that they will not need to resubmit their application if they choose to attend both sessions during JEE session 1 registration. The candidate’s best JEE Main 2024 score will be taken into account for rank and merit if they participate in both sessions.
The April 2024 JEE Main test, which was originally supposed to take place from April 1 to April 15, will instead take place from April 4 to April 15.
