NTA JEE Main 2024 Paper 2 Answer Key:The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the final answer key of the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) 2024 paper 2 for session 1 exam. The JEE Main 2024 paper 2 was held for admission to BArch and BPlanning programmes on January 24. The nta.ac.in is hosting the final JEE Main paper 2 answer key.
The second JEE Main paper of the first session test carried 400 marks. There were three sections in the JEE Main BArch and BPlanning exam paper. Both papers used the same aptitude and mathematics test, which was administered via a computer. However, the BArch paper’s drawing test required pen and paper, while the BPlanning paper’s questions were focused on planning.
NTA had released the provisional JEE Main 2024 paper 2 answer key on February 7 and allowed the candidates to raise objections against the answer key by February 9. The answer key released today has been released after considering the objections. No questions have been dropped in the final answer key.
JEE Main Paper 2 marking scheme
MCQs: Four marks for each correct answer and negative mark of one mark for each wrong answer
Questions with numerical value answers: Four marks for each correct answer and no negative marking for wrong answers.
Drawing Test: Two questions are evaluated out of 100 marks
The JEE Main paper 2 result is awaited. Out of the 74,002 candidates registering for paper 2 exam, as many as 55,493 candidates appeared in the JEE Main paper 2 exam held in January, 2024.
