The first trailer for Janhvi Kapoor’s upcoming film Mili has been released. Her father, Boney Kapoor, produced the film, which is a remake of the 2019 Malayalam hit Helen. Mili will be released in theaters on November 4th.
Mili’s normal life is established in the trailer, complete with a loving father and a cute boyfriend. She works at a local restaurant and aspires to go to Canada for a better future. But then she gets locked inside her restaurant’s cold storage one day. Mili does everything she can to protect herself as the temperature drops below -17 C. Outside, her father and boyfriend are looking for her desperately.
The film, directed by National Award winner Mathukutty Xavier, also stars Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa. Janhvi Kapoor shared some photos from the sets of Mili and penned a note for the team and her dearest ‘Papa’ in 2021.
