Monsoon to reach Odisha in 4-5 days

The southwest monsoon is expected to arrive in Odisha within the next 4 to 5 days, according to the Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre today.

According to the regional MeT, conditions are improving for the monsoon to advance further into Odisha and other parts of the northwest Bay of Bengal over the next 4-5 days.

People in the state may breathe a sigh of relief with the arrival of monsoon after experiencing heatwave and high humidity conditions in June.
